OUR THESIS

Better data.
Stronger software.
Lasting advantage.

We believe lasting competitive advantage is built on unique, proprietary data assets and data assets strengthened by network effects.

Some advantages come from information that is difficult to replicate. Others grow as participation expands. Software, AI, and deeper analytics turn these assets into stronger products and better decisions—creating advantages that compound over time.

The opportunity spans home building, working capital, lending, and insurance. Across our portfolio—from Datavations and Calculum to FairPlay, Stream, and Canopy Connect—financial technology and data technology turn specialized information into better decisions, stronger products, and lasting competitive advantage.
